For expecting parents. Come at any point in your pregnancy. In this four weeks we will learn everything you need to to feel confident and empowered for your birth. You will know what options are available, what informed consent is, the 4 phases of labor and so much more!

Time: 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Class Limit: We have room for 3 couples, but that doesn’t mean you can’t come by yourself! Reach out if you’re interested in taking this class solo!
